TermsCompany, Data Controller - Law Firm "Inga Drobinova and partners" (EDRPOU: 43181341), registered at: Odessa, Filatova St., 13A, Apt.29, 65080, Ukraine, is the owner of personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Our," "Us," "Company").
Buyer, Data Subject - an individual who places an order and provides the Company with their personal data and other information in accordance with the requirements of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "You," "Your," "User").
JurStore - the website http://idpartners.com.ua/shop, including all its content, links, and intellectual property objects (hereinafter referred to as "JurStore," "Website").
Personal Data - information or a combination of information about an identified or identifiable individual.

Order - a request made and paid for through the Website for obtaining a legal document template or a collection of templates.

Subject2.1. This Privacy Policy informs you about the Data Controller, the composition and content of the collected Personal Data, your rights, the use of information provided by Buyers, and the Buyer's consent to the processing of Personal Data by the Company.
2.2. By placing an Order, the Buyer gives consent to the processing of Personal Data and accepts the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2.3. If you do not provide certain information necessary for placing an Order, you will not be able to access the legal document template.

3.1.1. You provide Your Personal Data by entering it into the Order form on JurStore. We collect the following Personal Data:
Name, surname, patronymic;Mobile phone number;Email address;Payment details;Instagram nickname (optional).3.1.2. The legal basis for processing Your Personal Data is your consent, which you give by clicking the "Buy" button on the Website.
3.1.3. We may collect additional information that can be considered Personal Data when it is specified at the point of collection and with your consent. This may also include information you provide when contacting us through your personal pages on our social media platforms.
3.2. Automatically Collected Information
3.2.1. We collect Automatically Collected Information using special services and tools to improve our services.
3.2.2. Automatically collected data from Devices may include:

Purpose of Information Processing4.1. The purpose of processing Personal Data is to process the Order and send the Template of the legal document to the Buyer, as well as to send promotional, technical, and informational messages by the Company.
4.2. The purpose of processing Automatically Collected Information is to obtain statistical data to improve the operation of JurStore and perform analytics using third-party and/or internal services.
Storage Period of Personal Data5.1. User's Personal Data is subject to processing and storage for the time required for the purpose stated in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy, but no longer than 2 (two) years from the date of receiving the relevant data.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties6.1. The Owner informs the Buyer, and the Buyer gives consent in accordance with Articles 12 and 21 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" to transfer Personal Data to the following third parties:
Company employees and contractors;WayForPay payment system for Order payment purposes;When required by applicable law: to comply with a court decision, government request, fraud investigation, or other criminal offenses;To protect against legal claims during a court process.6.2. The Owner has the right to transfer Automatically Collected Information to third-party services for the purpose defined in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
User Rights and Obligations7.1. In accordance with Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," the Owner informs the Buyer about the following rights related to the processing of Personal Data:
Receive information from the Owner regarding the sources of collection, location of Personal Data, and the composition of the obtained Personal Data, etc.Access their Personal Data and request changes/transfers/deletions of Personal Data. Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your request for information deletion, the Company will delete all your Personal Data.Object to the processing of Personal Data.Withdraw consent for the processing of Personal Data.Make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their Personal Data when giving consent by sending an email to: .au.moc.srentrapdi%40eciffoFile complaints regarding the processing of their personal data to the Authorized Human Rights Representative.7.2. Buyer Obligations:
Do not disclose unique information related to the Website and Legal Document Templates to third parties.Familiarize themselves with this Privacy Policy and review the information related to the terms of use of JurStore on the Website.Do not engage in actions aimed at destabilizing the operation of the Website.Do not use the Website and provide Personal Data to the Company if below the minimum age (16 years old).
Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Company takes all reasonable measures to protect the Buyer's Personal Data. The Company shall not be liable for complete or partial non-performance of its obligations in the event that such non-performance is caused by unforeseen or insurmountable circumstances.

8.2. The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized leakage of Personal Data due to interruptions in the power supply network, unauthorized use of Personal Data by the payment system WayForPay, hacker attacks, viruses, and other circumstances beyond the Company's control.

9.1. We reserve the right to review and periodically update this Privacy Policy. The update date is displayed in the top footer of this Privacy Policy page.

9.2. If the User does not agree with the changes to this Privacy Policy after its update, the User must notify the Owner and exercise their right to dispose of their Personal Data.

9.3. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
